[ALOCHONA] Re: Hasina to Mir Jafar: Culcutta to Mongla port

Mr. Assghar

Though I don't find your writings with any substance and logic, I can fully understand your frustration and your bitterness. Anybody can expect this type of language from son of a war criminal so I never felt like responding to your "great knowledge" of present, immediate past, past, near and far future. But don't you think that you are crossing the level of all decencies though again you are portraying your roots and your level of education. If you are a Muslim and I doubt you are, you cannot call even your worst enemies pimps or prostitutes. Gentleman (should I call you one), this is a forum of educated people and we argue with logics and not with slangs.

To the moderator of the group:

Should we expect a minimum level of decorum in this forum?

Junaid Sultan

[ALOCHONA] Re: BREAKING NEWS>>> Five Killers Executed

What a foolish thinking! Patriotic freedom fighter Bangladesh army drove these killer bustards out of the country in three months. Not a single army personal accepted killers among them.

The cowards gave up and ran like a rat to save their soul with just one shunting from the brave Bangladesh army. Coward killer gang left the country in exile wearing burkha boarding Biman in one cloth.

For last thirty-four years, the killers could not sleep or lead a normal life. Their was no friend or relative who acknowledge them. Always they had to hide out their identity wherever they went. What a life!!! Probably it was Allah's justice that they faced they rope around their neck after serving Allah's judgment of thirty four years of solitary confinement and extreme disgraceful life not just for them but for their family.

Congratulation to the people of Bangladesh for sending the traitors, the killers to hang dry. Alhamdulillah, gratitude to Allah for helping people of Bangladesh to accomplish and execute the judgment.

I pray to Almighty Allah to start their hellfire right as they enter to their grave and burn them until the judgment day to send them to their final address Jahannam.

These heroes from the Army actually saved the country from the utter destruction of Al rule. I have to congratulate them for the work they did and hope someday more patriotic soldiers like his will come to help the country. The army has become a soft and unprofessional one lately and this killings actually bores that signature. A very sad day for Bangladesh.

[ALOCHONA] Lahore Editorial Would Like Pakistan To Follow Bangladesh's Lead

Daily Times, Lahore, Pakistan
Saturday, January 30, 2010

EDITORIAL
A tale of two countries

On August 15, 1975, the founder of Bangladesh, Sheikh Mujibur Rehman, was killed by a group of army officers. A total of 28 people were killed that day, including Mujib's entire family and the domestic staff. He was survived by two daughters who were on a visit abroad at that time; one of them is the current premier of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina Wajid. After almost 35 years, Bangladesh hanged five men who were convicted for the crime. Six other convicted officers are living in exile abroad.

Mujib's murder wreaked havoc in Bangladesh. The country was not even four years old when it had to face a military coup after the tragic incident. The perpetrators of this heinous crime were people from the Bangladeshi army who were wedded to the idea of a united Pakistan. They blamed Mujib for taking India's help in fighting West Pakistan and virtually becoming an Indian colony in the aftermath of the fall of Dhaka in 1971. Whether Pakistan was responsible for Mujib's assassination cannot be ascertained beyond reasonable doubt, but the military operation and the consequent atrocities committed by the Pakistan Army against the Bengalis cannot be denied. India supported the insurgency in East Pakistan, though it could be argued that given the radicalisation of Indian's West Bengal and the Naxalite movement, the Indians did not want another radical movement on its hands in East Pakistan. When West Pakistan denied Mujib the right to form a government even after his Awami League got a majority of seats, the emergence of Bangladesh seemed all but inevitable.

There are many interesting parallels between Pakistan and Bangladesh. Two major political players of the 1970s — Zulfikar Bhutto and Sheikh Mujib — were killed by the military, be it in the form of the direct assassination of Mujib or the alleged judicial murder of Bhutto. Both countries have seen a lot of political unrest, resulting in a series of military coups. As far as democratically elected governments are concerned, a two-party system exists in both countries, resulting in a game of musical chairs between the PPP and the PML-N in Pakistan and Sheikh Hasina's Awami League and Khaleda Zia's Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) in Bangladesh whenever democracy is restored. Dynastic politics, though seen to be relatively unstable, has also played an important role in the two countries. The Zia and Mujib families of Bangladesh and the Bhutto and Sharifs in Pakistan have all been extremely popular in spite of this brand of politics. Since democracy has finally been restored in Bangladesh and Pakistan after a long struggle, it is hoped that the two countries would also move away from this type of nepotistic politics sometime in the future.

Now that a violent chapter in Bangladesh's history has been closed, Pakistan too is waiting for justice in Zulfikar Bhutto's case. Senior Minister Raja Riaz of the PPP has demanded the reopening of Bhutto's murder case and quoted the example of the recent execution of Mujib's murderers. He demanded that the chief justice of Pakistan should also reopen the Bhutto case and hold the guilty accountable.

It cannot be gainsaid that democracy is vital to the people of both nations, thus we need to move forward to a credible democratic system. A strong democracy will close the doors for another military dictatorship. We no longer want to be governed by self-imposed rulers who boast of providing better opportunities for the nation, yet they only benefit themselves at the cost of public welfare. This trend must be reversed so as to make Pakistan and Bangladesh stronger, both politically and economically.

Re: [ALOCHONA] Re: East Bengal, East Pakistan, Bangladesh, Assam, War Crimes and Genocides

Thanks to Mrs. Hasina, we are developing a good relation with india.
Is it possible to repatriate all the people who had to leave India in 1947
to claim their home if they want?

Why Mr. Shamim Chowdhury affraid of the trials of  collaborators of the Bristish Governement who caused atrocities and killings of many innocent people after 1905?
Question or discussion was about the "trial of razakars" but not "invaders". Perhaps, Mr. Chowdhury's "fertile" brain has diluted everything, examines by one eye and prescribes one medicine for all without diagnosing the roots of the diseases.
Many members of this forum are much older than us but their brains have not damaged yet to recollect the horrible atrocities committed by the people which I have mentioned before. Ask those members who went through those dark era.
I have one mouth, one head and one belief since my birth. Like my faith on my religion Islam, I also believed the "human rights" principle of the United States of America before 1975 when every Awami League leaders, workers and supporters relied heavily on the "socialist" principle of the former USSR. Many of those leaders, workers or supporters like you have changed their minds, thoughts and ideology from socialist to human rights and ask for justices after forgetting their injustices to others before 1975.
Thanks to those patriot freedom fighters who changed Bangladesh from the rule of one party "BAKSHAL" to multiple parties today. Many leaders, even Sheikh Mujibur Rahman or current Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wazed did not take part actively in the liberation war of Bangladesh. How they will feel the pain of the sufferings and struggles of the freedoms fighters unless they actively fought in the war? Any step mother can never feel birth pain of a biological mother.
Thanks to those freedom fighters who felt pains, came forward and sacrificed their lives for the good and noble of causes of Bangladesh. I believe most of the BAL leaders, workers and supporters are the beneficiaries of the sacrifices of the those patriot freedom fighters and living in a free world today. Also, many Bangladeshi people can come to the USA today because of the actions of the freedom fighters who changed Bangladesh alignment to the USA from the USSR.

If you realy want to do that please start with Muslim invaders from sultans to moguls for killing thousands of Hindus and looting there temples.

Mr. Anis, please excuse my language, you are a callous person. Your hatred against other religion made you blind and lost your human quality. Please stop showing your hate mongering extremist idea and be a real Muslim who loves Allah's creation as a human not judging by their religion.

One can easily guess your alignment in favor of war criminals; you want to protect them by shrouding their crimes and bringing stupid issues to the table. If we have to take your footstep, we have to bring many of the Muslim saints to justice for bringing war upon Bengal and no exception to all Muslim warlords.

Re: [ALOCHONA] <<<BREAKING NEWS>>> Five Killers Executed

I was expecting forgiveness from the president to stop the cycle of death in our country.
And that didn't happened unfortunately. Forgiveness would have brought stability that our country needs urgently and strengthen AL.
Vengeance took precedence over future of Bangladesh.
I understand the pain of Mrs.Hasina but it was a time for statesmanship.

[ALOCHONA] South Asian People’s Democratic Confederation Is The Only Alternative To The Indian Union

South Asian People's Democratic Confederation Is The Only Alternative To The Indian Union

By Abid Bahar, Canada

Ref: Indian hand in Nepal's Royal Palace Massacre: Prachanda

India's growing haughtiness in dealing with its neighbours now with Western assistance could only be countered with a parallel development in the formation of a people's confederation of states comprised of Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Maldives and perhaps eventually Afghanistan with Chinese backing. This growth toward development will help stop India from interfering in the internal development of smaller countries.

India controls its neighbours with killing of the nationalist leaders as was in the case of ZIaur Rahman of Bangladesh; the Bangladeshi nationalist leader and in the killing of the Nepal's beloved King whose death was kept secret even from the Prime Minister (traditionally in charge of the king's palace) until the next day when the cremation was underway. This is an irrational approach to live but not allow letting live the neighbour. The killing of nationalist leaders, occupation of land as of Bhutan and Goa, building of dams, intimidation, and destruction developing a trade imbalance are all India's documented ways of controlling a neighbour. India's will to kill the nationalist leaders is motivated by its reliance on what we know as the infamous India Doctrine; It will never change until there is check and balance and is forced by circumstances. In this aim Mr. Prochonda can initiate contacting the south Asian people and the nationalist leaders of countries for a people to people contact for an international conference to have the above type of initiative.

RE: [ALOCHONA] BREAKING NEWS>>> Five Killers Executed

We are loosing our time by discussing. These five are great heroes of Bangladesh. They saved Bangladesh from dictatorship, Indian aggression, freed the democracy, prevented 25 years hidden pact with India.

Awami league is a great dalal of India. Muzib was a great Indian agent, a paid servant by Indian secret agent. Sheikh Hasina's blood made of that dalali money.

Nation be aware, port gone, land gone , army destroyed, nothing nothing remain.

Justice was done many years ago when late patriots and freedom fighters took arms again and saved Bangladesh from the USSR type one party rule, BAKSHAL. We are relived and in free world today because of their sacrifices.

Indian BSF kills 93 people in 13 months

818 Bangladeshis killed on border in nine years

Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has killed yet another Bangladeshi citizen on the border Thursday taking the number of such killings to 93 during the period from January 1, 2009 to January 28, 2010 and to 818 in nine years from January 2000 to January 2010.(The BD Today)

The latest incident of killing a Bangladeshi citizen by BSF took place on Shibganj upazila in Chapainawabganj border on Thursday.

According to UNB News Agency, a cattle trader was shot dead by BSF along Ohidpur frontier in Shibganj upazila in Chapainawabganj early Thursday. The victim was identified as Shyamal Karmakar, son of Noren Karmakar of Bishroshia village of the upazila.

Major Nazrul of 39 Rifles Battalion, said when Shyamal was bringing cattle from India at about 5am BSF members of Chandnichak border outpost opened fire, leaving him dead on the spot. The BSF later dragged away the dead body into their camp, locals said.

BDR sent a letter to their Indian counterparts protesting the killing and demanding immediate return of the body. With this seven Bangladeshis were killed by BSF in first 28 days of 2010 taking the total number of deaths to 93 during the period from January 1, 2009 to January 28, 2010. This shows that the killing spree of BSF on Bangladesh border continues unabated despite India's repeated pledges to stop such killings.

The number of Bangladeshis killed by BSF during the nine years period from January 1, 2000 to January 22, 2010 stands now at 818. BSF also injured 857 and abducted 897 Bangladeshis in the same period.

The killings of unarmed Bangladeshis by the BSF on the border are continuing in clear violation of the spirit of good neighborliness as well as international law and despite repeated pledges by the Indian authorities to stop it.

In every meeting between BSF and BDR and also between the higher level officials of the two countries, the Indian side assures that killing of Bangladeshis by its forces on the border would come to an end immediately. But this pledge is seldom implemented.

Our suggestions are: Stop Ummatic Islamic attitude and learn to live with all humans with equality and respect. Stop lying and dying for false religion established by the war- mongering so called prophet of Islam. True God will never ask to fight and kill humans, you know! True God will always ask human to love other humans. So, please act with human conscience and learn to love all humans and lead civilized life-style. Discard those cave people with beards and tents covering their heads and body and ask them to wear modern dress and to go to college instate of madrasshas. Ask muslim women to stop wearing black tent called Burkha and ask them to wear civilized but their own national dress and eat what is healthy for them. This is only a brief suggestion.

Trishool ji,

Allah sometimes changes his mind too! Although, it is true that this strange Allah talked to his best Friend MuhMad indirectly through his secretaries--He also in the past quite talked directly with Moses (because he loves Jews best) and also talked directly with His son Jesus (because He loves Christians too). Actually, MuhaMad got the wrong messages from Allah (distorted by the Secretaries) and Other two prophets got true messages from Allah. And that is why Jews and Christians are so advanced and best human compared to Muslims. You understand the reason, I hope.
