Thousand and one inventions made in as many Arabian Nights. That however excluded electricity, steam engine, gun powder and things of major importance. Fall of Constantinople initiated Roman Renaissance as artisans had to migrate westwards. Ibn Sina and many other innovators were called Jews when they lived. Even Ibn Khaldun the Tunisian described Arabians as uninnovative.
