Re: [mukto-mona] Please read--

You are simply wrong. If Israel ever gets attacked, US will finish Iran in minutes regardless of its size or population. Besides, Israel got few bigger bombs that are already moving around in Indian ocean to make sure its enemy gets totally decimated for attacking Israel. Then comes the surviving richer US and EU Jewish groups, who will finish the job to anybody's satisfaction at any cost. As matter of fact, Iran hates more Sunni Saudis than Israeli Jews. Iran will never bomb Israel. My bet is that Israel will bomb Iran and that would make things very very dangerous. A Pakistani bomb is no less dangerous than Iranian bomb.

Deeldar, there is a misconception in your statement. I don't think you thought through before making the above argument. You are saying that if Iran detonates nuclear bomb on Israel first, Israel will do the same on Iran in return, which will perish Iran in a few minute. I ran knows that.
Here it is the fallacy in your statement – Israel is a tiny country, there will be no Israeli left to punish Iran, so Iran will win in that war. Exactly, this is why whole world is worried about North Korea, and other despotic regimes, trying to get nuclear bomb.
It's like Western freedom of speech, which gives the right to make a verbal threat, even a life-threatening one, to anyone; law-enforcement can do nothing, until the threat becomes a reality, which is already too late for the victim.

I have made an about turn about Iran very recently. Iran makes lots of noise but it never invaded any sovereign country. While Saudis have a Pakistani bomb, why Shia Iran should not have one of its own... so that it does not get bullied by Pakis and Saudis. Iranians may have been giving blustery speeches but they would never attack Israel. The reason is very simple: The country would be perished in few minutes time. Persians are no fools!
Young Iranians are pro West and very outgoing and they should be given a chance to come out of these unjustified sanctions. It is good for the world and global economy. The mullah leadership is only temporary like the one Chinese have. Once people are empowered, the rest would be history.
As Prof. Das mentioned earlier, the Shia Sunni fight is nothing but an age old proxy war between between Aryans and Semite people. That might be an interesting angle of Shia vs Sunni/Jewish constant frictions?

I believe, liberal policy makes it easier for others to sway and deceive USA with empty promises. Iran deal cannot be a good thing for the world, especially when that country is run by bunch of religious fundamentalists.
No country can have nuclear technology without a long standing record of functioning democracy in the country. But, Democrat President doesn't need it to trust Iran; their promises are good enough for this president.

Donald Trump is crushing everyone in New Hampshire

(AP) Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump speaks during a news conference, Saturday, July 25, 2015, in Oskaloosa, Iowa.

Real-estate magnate Donald Trump has opened up a 2-to-1 lead over his closest competition in the key, first-in-the-nation primary state of New Hampshire, according to a new poll from Monmouth University released Tuesday.
Trump grabs 24% of the vote, compared with 12% for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush. Newcomer and Ohio Gov. John Kasich has already jumped into a third-place tie with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker at 7%.
The poll is evidence that the controversy that surrounded Trump last week — when he questioned Sen. John McCain's (R-Arizona) military record — has not hurt his standing with Granite State voters. The Monmouth poll was the first to be conducted in the state entirely after those comments.
"The controversy over comments about John McCain's war service do not appear to have slowed the Trump steamroller," said Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute.
Here's the rest of the top 10:
  • Marco Rubio (6%)
  • Ben Carson (5%)
  • Rand Paul (5%)
  • Chris Christie (4%)
  • Carly Fiorina (3%)
  • Ted Cruz (3%)
According to the poll, Trump appears to be sapping away the most support from Walker, Cruz, and Christie. If Trump were not in the race, his current supporters say they would mostly back either Christie (15%), Walker (14%), or Cruz (14%).
Trump grabs 36% of the vote of self-identified "very conservative" voters, compared with 10% for Walker and 9% for Cruz. He also gets a plurality of support (35%) from self-identified Tea Party voters, far outpacing Walker (13%).
Trump also has net-favorable ratings among New Hampshire's Republican voters. Overall, 47% of GOP primary voters in the Granite State say they view him favorably, compared with 44% who view him unfavorably. In a national survey released earlier this month, Monmouth found his favorability ratings slightly underwater.
The poll, of 467 likely New Hampshire Republican primary voters, was conducted from July 23-26. It has a margin of error of plus-or-minus 4.5%.

It's Official: The Pentagon Finally Admitted That Israel Has Nuclear Weapons, Too

After five decades of pretending otherwise, the Pentagon has reluctantly confirmed that Israel does indeed possess nuclear bombs, as well as awesome weapons technology similar to America's.
