I can challenge that government of Dr. Fakhruddin cannot take any action against powerful Advisor Geeti Ara and her husband Najim Kamran Chowdhury.

Emailing or writing petition to the Chief Advisor is useless and wasting your valuable time.

Rather leave  this case for action by future elected governmen.
