Any documented proof of this???? Like newspaper clippings/video
footage-- and day, date and place of the oath???
Also there is one factor: Justice K.M.Sobhan cam claim that it was
done under the treat of being shot by the Pak Army???
But then what excuse did Justice Badruddin have for not
administering the oath.
