There are two types of RAZAKAR:
- Old RAZAKAR
Like GOAZAM, MOITTA Razakar, DEILLIA Razakar etc etc, (sorry for these "special" forename or adjectives but very popular & most appropriate names for those, which are copied from the most popular magazine like Weekly - 2000 (ex BICHITRA), the SONDHANEE, dailies like the Prothom Alo, the Sangbad, the Janakantha, the Bhorer Kagoj, the Ajker Kagoj, the Jugantor, the Shamokal and many other popular weekly, daily news papers, magazines)
- New RAZAKAR
Who were not born in 1971 or 'old enough' to kill or rape Bangalees during liberation war of 1971, but posses & believes on the evil quality of the old RAZAKARs of 1971 and still, mentally, intentionally, technically knowingly or mistakenly, openly & silently oppose all or most or some of the (associated) movement, planning, struggle and (finally) liberation war for establishment of Bangladesh and who intentionally, deliberately, technically, calculatedly or unintentionally twist the history of independence & liberation war, defame the leaders of the independence movement & liberation war and tell lies about these facts.
There are other types of "old" RAZAKARs:
They were basically old RAZAKAR or Paki minded - but, afterwards they are gravely & truly repented (proved by their present activities and actions) for their "old" mistakes and offences during or before 1971 (but not killer, rapist & LOOTER and who helped Paki to do those 3 evil acts - who were not pardoned by Bangabandhu) and they made TOUBA and accepted (whole heartedly) Bangladesh and oppose those old & new RAZAKARS. These types of 'old' RZAKARS were pardoned by both Bangabandhu & Bangalee nation and they have mixed with the main stream of Bangalee nation, mentally and politically.
There are many examples of these types of forgiving & pardoning to the enemies after the victory, in the history of civilization.
In Islam there are plenty of such examples. Many famous SAHABEE (even KHALIFA Omar RA) were once dead against the Islam & our Prophet Mohammad SWAS (PBUH). Many of them wanted and attempted to kill our Prophet Mohammad SWAS (PBUH), KHALIFA Abu Bakar Siddique RA & others SAHABEE - who accepted Islam at the initial stage and some were killed by them also, but they (even killers of famous SAHABEE & most beloved relatives of our Prophet Mohammad SWAS (PBUH) also) were forgiven later on when they repented for their mistakes and accepted Islam.

Who are Rajakar? This is not an important question.
Rajakar are those who
1. were against the creation of new country, Bangladesh, in 1971
2. were and are involved with corruption
3. do think only about themselves not the whole nation
4. inspire people for the corruption
Hasina, Khaleda zia were not in number 1, they are in no 2,3 and 4.
The people who were not against the creation of Bangladesh in 1971 but did corruption later, they are never patriots, corrupted people can never love the country, they can only love their own people, they only know how to gather and loot people's money by the name of democracy. If you fight in war, it is for survival also, but if you want to run and develop a country, you need patriotism; you need true love for the nation. If you fight in war, oneday you will gain a place- may be it takes 1 year, 50 years. But it is most difficult to run a nation and develop that nation. You need genune , dedicated leaders and people. Unfortunately, we, Bangladeshi are not dedicated to our country. We did not get any leaders who were incorruptible. We always like to be part of our family leaders- Hasina and Khaleda. We always think we will gain wealth to be part of them. We never think how we can develop our country. We always think how we can make prosper by our own, we always think how
we can establish new business, make wealth by supporting the corruptible politicians.
People pay tax, companies pay tax but those people and their family members as well as their supporters get benefit from people's tax money. They betray their people who nominate them to serve the country.
Those people are real enemy of the country and they are Rajakar; those people who always support them, who are always with them- they are also rajakar.
