SUMMARY
Training in the financial and administrative management field is
vital for the success of an organization. An organization devotes
resources and logistics at building a decent finance and
administrative backbone for staying competitive and ensuring that
proper controls are in place.
This training has been designed to cater to professionals intended
to have a good grasp on various aspects of financial and
administrative management roles within an organization, be it a
company or an NGO. The training focus will be based on a common
platform of finance and accounting personnel. From budgets to
inventory and personnel management to issues of Tax, vat, etc. will
be within the purview of this training.
Both private and NGO sectors have to handle issues of financial
controls and regulatory affairs that are also addressed in this
exciting one day session, providing a holistic and professional view
of the industry, its practical issues and management processes of a
professional in the trade. This training will add value to your
already existing practical skills within the industry; if you are a
