Today we dipute between how well the current government is doing
things but what i find important is the view that most poor people in
Bangladesh have.
The 1/11 incident left bangladesh in a mix of emotions, some who
wanted corruption to end were happy that finally a just 'niropekho o
nirdolio' governing party has arrived. After these people came into
power, the global economy started to suffer and becasue of this the
normal people started to suffer as the price of food began to sky
rocket, the point I am trying to make is that the poor people will
judge their government by how they live. In the reign of AL and BNP,
the price of food was still bearable but now ot has become the
opposite, so the poor 'shadharon jonogon' will start to think that the
MPs that are actually corrupt were better than this 'nirdolio'
sharkar. And this is one of the reasons why people hate this govt. and
also the fact that the army has a lot of influence in it helps but
this government is actually doing the right thing in bringing down
these MPs of AL and BNP, because the last thing we want is the next
generation of leaders to be as corrupt as them.
