Back from 'crossfire'
The "Crossfire" is valid only when the lives of the arresting officers are in danger. They have to furnish the evidence of such situation to justify the crossfire. In Bangladesh, of course, no such evidence is required, just a simple statement from the authority will do. No law and order official has ever been investigated for his/her "crossfire" statement. If you think you will have a free and fare Bangladesh in the future, think again. After the election, we will have political party Gondas, who will replace the RAB if it's abolished. I see no end to the nondiscriminatory killings and tortures ......in our Sonar Bangla (Golden Bengal).
