[ALOCHONA] Who should be regarded as the symbol of corruption: Hasina,Moeen or Tareq?

When Mahathir Mohammad visited bangladesh at the end of  four party allience rule ,  He told that  Over table corruption(open, documented ) is more dangerous than under table corruption(secret,Undocumented).Because documented ,open corruption  reveals the desperation  of the corrupt.     Hasina took bribe with Bank cheque, Moeen refunded 66 lakh tk , there is document in the website of Trust bank . Is there any such document about Tareq? Even the bribery case of 21 crore sued by ACC says that babar handed over the one crore tk to Apu, not to tareq.  Even it has not document.    Moreover, the second case on the same bribary by CID has not included Tareq.   Then, Who should be regards as symbol of corruption in Bangladesh?
