[mukto-mona] Why India bleeds?

Bleeding of India at the hand of the Islamic extremists continues. Can any one tell us if it's a proliferation of India's Kashmir policy or there could be any other ulterior motive behind mercilessly killing the innocents far beyond the Kashmir borders?  A Muslim reader from the Canadian province of Alberta recently wrote the following lines in National Post, a Toronto based English daily. While writing on the basic causes of the current Muslim anger against the non Muslim world he opined that, When Islamic values are under attack Muslims feel it is their moral obligation to defend them, and they fight back with the limited resources they have" and the limited resources are suicide bombing or planting bombs in the open to annihilate the innocents? This statement is a direct incitement for the Islamic extremists around the world. Is India doing anything to attack the so called Muslim values for which her innocent citizens are being mercilessly and systematically targeted by the Islamic extremists? Interestingly what are those Islamic values which are so close to the some of Muslims that they find it religiously compulsive to kill the innocents?    

This scourge of blind religious retribution may bring some bloody relief to some Muslims but in all practical thinking this may be a beginning of the end of this faith. May be its Morocco, Algeria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India or Indonesia, this extremist actions are not supporting the cause of the Muslims in any way.  The most unfortunate truth is that this destructive way of relieving Islam from its present crisis is not viewed by many Muslims with concern. They have either a sense of resignation or condone these inhuman practices which has compounded and complicated the issues rather than helping to solve them.

India does not deserve this treatment from its own Muslim citizens. These misguided minds are tarnishing the image of their own faith through these nefarious actions which can't be a part of any faith. No religion can approve the killing of the innocents because it goes against the very essence of a faith. It's high time that sensible people in Islam rise up to the grim situation and start emphasizing the voice of reason.
