[ALOCHONA] Congratulations - Prime Minister-Elect

Dear Prime Minister-elect Sk Hasina, Congratulations with your recent victory. During the last few weeks, we witnessed that BAL and BNP competed to nominate some of the crooks of the society to run for parliamentary election. Both parties' candidates were convicted felons, uneducated scoundrels, murderers and loan defaulters. Over all, they can be termed as national liabilities. As usual, people were helpless. We had to vote for one of the evils, we didn't have the choice to pick the lesser evils as it was rare almost in every constituency. Please maintain a reasonable distance from those miscreants. Please don't allow any of the thieves in your cabinet. Your cousin brother Sk Selim, a convicted corrupt politician is about to join the cabinet. Please think twice before appointing such personalities as Amu, Shuronjeet and Tofael into your cabinet. The world economy is a mess now. I don't know how much you could help the country. But with a good cabinet a lot can be accomplished. Please keep the current administration of ACC, don't replace them with any of your party members. Also, the current administration at Telecommunications Regulatory Commission is great; the initiatives they have taken so far can take the Bangladeshi IT a long way. The world has demand for more technical people than ever before. We can create hundreds of thousands of Engineers every year for the world. Bangladesh can be the destination for the world wide engineering recruiters'.  All you have to do is by next week start two engineering universities in every district. You can hire the teachers from the current university graduates, they can be the average graduates, don't have to be the top notch graduates. One important thing is that these universities need to be tuition supported, don't make them Orphanages (eateem khana) like our current universities (BUET, DU, CU, RUET etc) where students study free, eat free, and then finish their studies in 7/8 years. The cost of running these universities to our government should be zero. If we have 64 districts *2 universities in each =128 new engineering universities which will produce every year at least 128*1000=128,000 thousand extra highly qualified graduates. Most of these graduates will find employment overseas – Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Africa. Bangladesh will be preferred destination for outsourcing.  Our foreign minister doesn't have to beg their Middle East counterpart for their employment. They will send billions of dollars to our country which will create millions of middle class families each year. Please think seriously!
