watched the whole show, speach made was wonderful. Well, I did like the way Mr. Clinton used to speak. Obama has raised a great hope in general and among Muslims in particular (please do not be synical when I used Muslim). I only wish him success, at least 60% of his spoken wisdom will make myself happy. America needed a change on the back drop of its deep social discrimination, damaging image, sinking economy and growing hatred. this change was very much needed not only for the world but for America as a nation, as a superpower and as a cultural demon over all others. Obama's win only started changing its face. Now we wait to see the real change as expected and desired from him, the so called most powerful man on earth. Haque

I extend, with so many of my countrymen, my heartfelt congratulations to President Obama and the American people. It was a wonderful acceptance speech. It was a wonderful occasion. It was a wonderful triumph for hope. Now, of course, the real hard work begins… And congratulations go also to you, our cousins in America , in the Bangladeshi Amercian Community. Many of you worked hard for the election of Barack Obama. It must be wonderful to believe so sincerely and to win so cleanly. And as you look ahead to the challenges that face America we ask you to remember that Bangladesh needs you too. Bangladesh – so much smaller in so many ways, and yet no less challenged and no less hopeful. One day we too will have a leader who will speak to ALL our people, who will put country before party and who will break down barriers.
