The attendance in Seminars is NOT limited to engineers and architects only.  Everyone is requested and highly encouraged to attend.

1:00 pm to 1:15 pm:  Welcome to Job Fair & Seminar Tracks

1:15 pm to 1:45 pm:  Seminar on Business Development Track

1:45 pm to 2:30 pm:  Seminar on Fire & Life Safety Track 

2:30 pm to 4:00 pm:  Seminar on Energy Sector Track 

4:00 pm to 5:00 pm:  Seminar on Water Resources Track 

5:00 pm to 6:00 pm:  Seminar on Information Technology Track

Directions: From I-495, take I-270 North towards Frederick.  Take Exit 8 to Shady Grove Rd.,  At exit ramp keep left and turn left at signal on Shady Grove Road – West towards Hospital.  Pass the Hospital.  Next signal is Rte 28 (Darnestown Road).  Pass Rte 28, then turn immediate first right at Gudelsky Drive.  After entering to Gudelsky Drive, turn left and continue, you will see the Auditorium Building at your right.  Parking is on your left.

Evening Highlights:

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm:  Courtesy DINNER for ticket holders only

                                 {Serving of dinner shall close at 8:00 pm.  Sorry, no exceptions!}

8:00 pm to 9:00 pm:  Welcome, Recognition, & Award Ceremony

9:00 pm to 11:30 pm:  Entertainment program.  Main attractions are the following:

 

• Comedy drama "JOI JOI KAAR" performed & directed by Mr. JAMAL UDDIN HUSSAIN & Mrs. ROWSHAN ARA HUSSAIN (leading members of "Nagorik Natya Shomprodai" and founders of "Nagorik Natyangan").  This drama is being sponsored by AABEA - New York Tri-State Chapter. 
• A colorful dance package program by TONY DIAS (actor, director, member of "Nagorik Natya Shomprodai"), PRIYA DIAS (actress, dancer, choreographer, model, emcee), and their group. 
• Vocal songs by TAHSAN & MITHILA (singers, actor/actress, & models)

 

~ The tickets are selling real fast through online and they may be sold out in any second.  The auditorium does not have capacity for large crowd.  When the room capacity is reached to its max, we will NOT sell tickets online or at the gate.  So, please make your payments for tickets immediately through online.  However, if you experience difficulties with your computer and unable to make payments through online, please send solid confirmation or guarantee of your presence to any of us before Saturday (Oct 10).  We will then hold your tickets at the reception desk and you pick up those tickets by paying the online rate ($20.00) in person.  If you do not contact us and confirm us to hold your tickets before Oct 10, then we are extremely sorry to note that you will pay $30.00 per ticket at the gate as we previously advertised.  ~
