[mukto-mona] Narkasur 2009 Video

Goa's tradition of making and displaying Narkasurs on its streets on
the eve of Diwali is unique in the whole of India.

The effigies of the demon NARKASUR are then burnt in the wee hours of
Diwali, thus signifying the victory of Lord Krishna over Narkasur, or
good over evil.

Check out this Video feature by Joegoauk on the Narkasurs in the
Capital Panaji city.
