Subject: Bangladesh War Crimes Blog: 'Did 3 British barristers breach their own professional code of standards?'
To: David Bergman <davidbangladesh@gmail.com>
Dear All
The tribunal on Monday passed an order critical of how three British barristers, part of the defence team at the International Crimes Tribunal, have conducted themselves - in sending a letter directly to the tribunal chair, sending it around to the media and generally how they have given public and media statements.
How justified is this criticism?
Full text of the order against them, and analysis can be found here

Thanks
David
