হাসিনা কেন ভারতের মোদী এবং প্রণবেরও ক্ষমতা নাই মেজর (অব) নূরকে কানাডা হতে বাংলাদেশে ফিরত আনার। আনতে হলে একটাই শর্ত নূরকে মৃত্যুদন্ড দেওয়া যাবে না। এই শর্ত ছাড়া কানাডা কোনদিনও নূরকে বাংলাদেশে ডিপোর্ট করবে না। একটা কথা মনে রাখতে হবে কানাডার সুপ্রীম কোর্টের রায় (ইইউর মতই) যে বিদেশী কোন ব্যাক্তির যদি তার মূল দেশে ফিরত পাঠালে মৃত্যুদন্ড, প্রাণনাশ অথবা অত্যাচারিত হওয়ার আশংকা থাকে তাইলে তাকে কানাডার সরকার স্বদেশে ফেরত পাঠাতে পারবে না। এই আইনটা শুধু মেজর নূরের জন্য করা হয় নাই। এই বিষয়টা হাসিনা ও তার চামচা বাকশালী মিডিয়া মানতে নারাজ। তারা বিকৃত তথ্য ও মিথ্যার মাধ্যমে খালি নিজেদের মনো সান্তনার জন্য গাজাখুড়ি রিপোর্ট করে।
