Mr Afzal  of Bangladesh Islamic foundation has said that women can not be Imam.He is wrong on some points..Women can lead women in prayer. Ayesha r.a. led prayer of women.

Moreover a Sahabia Umme Waraqa, on the permission of the Prophet (sm) ,led thed the prayer of her household, men and women.
