Like most Bangladeshis I also saddened after reading this heartbreaking story. Three recent incident runied the reputation of the Army backed CTG of Dr. FDakhruddin Ahmed. First the removal of NBR Chief, Second the unfortuate resignation of Magistrate Rokonuddin the third one is the attack on an expatriate Banglasdeshi American by powerful Geeti Ara's husband ex-NSF leader(If I am not mistaken)Najim Kamran Chowdhury.
This three incident might be the beginning o the fall of the Army backed government of Dr. Fakhruddin.
Dr. Fakhruddin Ahmed became helpless to prosecute/punish all powerful Lady's husband. Time is runnig faster before this guy is arrested for prosecution. If necessary Geeti Ara should also be arrested for her role of attacking the expatriate.
Any delay will complicate the situation.,
I urge to the all powerful Army Chief and RAB Chief to arrest Najim Kamran and Geeti Are(If necessistes) A.S.A.P. for the greater interestof public safety.
