Do you know what is the most important thing in the world for you? Is it money? Is it welth? Is it fame? Is it power? No………this is positive thinking you need the most. Yes positive thinking can bring to you all those things that you want from the core of your heart. All the psychiatrist and sicial scientist and self development writer told the same thing. Positive thinking has such a power which can change your self and bring your dream come true.

I am not a psychiatrist but I have been trying to think always positively for the last 10 years. Ok lets see how much positive you are. If you see a glass half filled of water, what do you think? Do you think half empty or half full? Actually a positive person will see half filled.

Positive thinking is a matter of practice. It is not inborn. The more you practice the more you will achieve it.

Breathing theory:

How can you become a positive thinker? Actually therer are lots of ways and theories. But the most simple one probably the breathing theory. When you become excited or angry, just breathe in very deeply and slowly, very slowly. When you breathe in, count 1 to 10. then hold the air for 3 seconds and then breathe out and count 1 to 15. Do this for 5 times, I mean simply breathe in and out 5 times very deeply and you will feel much relaxed and calm, anxiety or angriness can't work over you. It will also rejuvenate you.

You can do this practice whenever you want. No money, no extra space, no extra tools, no extra time needed to do this practice but you will feel the change within your self. Just do it and see whether I am true or not.
