The instability in Pakistan is a major concern for the world. A desperate dictator can do anything to keep his chair. Who controls the nuclear arsenal ? What stops him from any terrorist kind of action? Can anything be done about it? It appears to be an internal matter of Pakistan, it is not. The consequences could be disastrous for the whole world.
