I have never been to beautiful Kerala, but always admired its pluralistic history and culture. It seems Kerala is losing its values for which it had been held in my high regard. So I asked my India-Unity forum friends to comment on this piece of news. Here is a response:
Kerala police have no right to arrest him. He is onlypublsishing/publicising marxist literature, which iscalled naxalite.The present communist leaders in kerala also were oncearrested and tortured for their beliefs. So this isshameful. Naxalites are no threat or problem toKerala.If te police want to show their power they can arrestthe RSS and their NDF rivals indulging in daylightmurders. But I think they have no courage to deal withthem.
