Supreme Court became an oppposition Politicl Party, challenging actions of the Parliament, when legally actions of Parliament can not be challenged in any court of law. Even if someone is murdered in Parliament the Murderer can not be sued even in Bangladesh. Proof? In late 1950's Pakistan's Speaker of National Assembly was killed in Dacca and the Assemblyman, who had thrown a chair at him killing him could not be arrested by law. 3000 Soldiers and Policemen had been killed by Suicide Bombers. Swat State was taken-over by Taliban bombs were going on in Pakistan everywhere before he imposed certain restrictions on Media and dismissed some Supreme Court Justices and Judges because they were also letting Terrorist Murders go free after they were being brought in the court clearly trying to side with Terrorists since they had hated him.------------------------------everything is under the whim of a tyrant. pakistan is run by the power of guns not by power of democracy, people's whim.. dictators are tried to stabilize everything by bullets & bayonets. oppositions are tortured, maimed, murdered, assassinated. ..definitely, the grive situation is due to the absence of democracy for long time.TURKMAN: It has made no difference, when Pakistan had Democracy in 1990's because over 15,000 Mohajir youth was killed by the govt. extra judicially. Its just the opposite now. Govt. Troops and Police is being killed by Taliban Religious Zealots, who just want to make Pakistan, what they had made out of Afghanistan. International Communit had cut off all aid to Pakistan and Pakistan was straved for Foreign Loans after Musharraf took-over. Commonwealth had kicked Pakistan out hurting exports. Bush forced Musharraf to have elections in 2002 and there was elected govt. until Interim Govt. was announced for new elections forced by Bush. Musharraf was forced to pardon Benazir and all Criminal Cases against her that were filed before Military take-over by an elected govt. of Nawaz Sharif were withdrawn on USA's pressure to make her come back in Pakistan so, she could become Prime Minister though she was out of jail on appeal in Switzerland after being convicted of Money Laundering and stealing money of Pakistan.------------------------Bush and homologues are doing everything to save an autocrat. the so-called democracy vendors believe kingships, military dictatorship, monarcy, all kinds of oligarchies are best to save their interests in muslim countries. the sooner we will understand their hypocracy, the better for us..many believe what is happening in pakistan is only to capture its nuclear weapons by US in these volatile situations.. we are going to lose the only nuclear capable muslim nation...many worried about stability and integrity of pakistan in coming days....TURKMAN: USA is worried about that more than anybody else because if Musharraf Govt. is destablized, no elections are held and Religious Zealots take over. Their access to Nuclear Weapons and Long Range Nuclear Missiles could be a big danger to USA and rest of the world.---------------------------------what lessons for bangladesh.. .it is widely known in academic arena, the same boss (US) is trying to make an experiment for an UPDATE version of Musharaf Model in bangladesh. this update version is the coglomeration of brain (so-called civil society ) and boots (a section of junta)we urge all bangladesh to be aware of foreign-backed puppet moin-fakkar govt. they already destroyed our hardearned econmony. we should come forward to overturn this regime and let our democracy(though some limitations) be prevail in bangladesh.. .i may request u to go through my article to have an idea what may happen in coming days in bangladesh and pakistan...allah hafizmokarramTURKMAN: Calling fora revolt against present govt. by Religious Extremists of Bangladesh is insane. It can cause anarchy. USA is neutral in Bangladesh situation, just watching. USA is neither for it nor against it. Its a lie that USA backs present govt. of Bangladesh therefore, call for revolt against present govt. giving that excuse is not valid and it sounds like Religious Extremists of Bangladesh want to assassinate one or both former Prime Ministers to create same situation like in Pakistan by blaming USA for getting Benazir assassinated. Govt. should give extra protection to Hasina and Khaleda immediately so they can not repeat, what they did in Pakistan.
