[ALOCHONA] Re: [notun_bangladesh] Trial of Hasina case tomorrow as judge left court amid mayhem

Friends

See yet another show of hooliganism and rowdism by Bangladesh Awami League(BAL) enrolled so-called Lawyers. They do not hesitate to attack any or every sacred institutions including the judiciary if thing goes against their evil plan.

Do you remember the "Norton kurdon" of the honoble Barris rokon udin in the  premises of the Chief Justice while he was very nakedly uttering all nuisance against the judiciary and the Chief Justice. This savage people BAL wants us to believe that they are going to lead us to decency. No way in their dream.

Ysterday they played their dirty game again by uttering obnoxious abuses against the judge who presiding over the trial against their Churni leader hosina. The tragedy is that Bangladesh appears to be the sole proprietorship of the two Churnis, one is hasina and the other khaleda. But there is a marked difference between the two churnis. One is quiet and decent and the other is nothing but rowdy and busy hatching conspiracies and appears to be Lunatic.

Friends, to my mind BAL must have got some hints from their "Pronoda" who is monitoring the exection of the conspiracy plan to undo Bagladesh's stabilityestablished by the nw CTG with the help of their implanted agents. These type of criminal acts are nothing but part of their henious game.

All the learned(so-called) rowdy counsel's who were involved with this henius act  which is noting but falls under the "Contempt of Court" rule and be put behind the bar including cancellation of the "Sonod"

THE RAZAKAR JANWARS ARE BAD BUT THE BAL IS WORST N THERE IS NO IOTA OF RESPECT IN THEM FOR BANGLADESH.THE RAZAKARS KNOWS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE SHELTER NEAR ABOUT AS THE BAL HAS ACCROSS THE BORDER.

BANGLADESHER  JONOGON  JEGEY UTHO AND HUSHIAR  SABDHAN FROM THIS AGENTS OF THE FATHERS ACCROSS THE BORDER.

Trial of Hasina case as judge left court amid mayhem and the court clerk announced that the hearing was adjourned. Is the judiciary a functioning anarchy? Yes, to an extent. But it is less so than the executive and the legislature if they behave in berserk fashion. The judicature has a great stature and structure of power under the Constitution. It enjoys independence, immunity and authority. But some of the appointments are unscientific because the process is by means of an untrained, though high-power, “collegium.” And the choice of candidates has sometimes been intriguing.
There are a few fundamental problems relating to the administration of justice where potential conflicts between the judicative, legislative and executive wings are likely to create imbroglios and confrontation. One such situation is where parliamentary privileges, which are large and undefined, may extend to challenging even judicial power.
The ultimate question is: are we a democratic republic or a banana republic? Are we, the People of Bangladesh, the sovereign only in form or justly in fact?
