How can you call these conversions "by choice" when the only choice is
between life and death? If they were give a real choice - a choice to
convert or not convert without any fear of life, would any of them
choose to convert?
My own personal experience is that all the Bangladeshi Hindus I have
talked to have spoken of either outright or sometimes subtle bigotry
they have faced.
