All the loots would have been shared by the Party Members and the Government Officers as payoff. Business houses were ready to deal with these shysters, though they hate the COMMUNIST IDEOLOGY.
Until good governance come with transparanecy of the deal, we should continually hound these bastards in COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT, thievs and the looters.
Get democracy working first. Get the POLICE cleaned up. Get hospitals working. Get transporation running. Businesses will come no matter what.
