Former Horticulture Commissioner, Dr KL Chadha, First Secretary in the Russian Embassy, Mr Vladimir Romanov, Agriculture Counselor  in the Russian Embassy, Dr Valen Popotsov, Deputy Director, RCSC, Dr Sergey Cherkas will speak on the occasion
