Birth Day Greetings to Poet Nirmolendu Goon
Poet Nirmolendu Goon was born in Netrokona District on June 21,1940. Now a day he is most popular poet of Bangali literature. A love of freedom and faith in the human sprit also permeates many of his poems. His poetic talent and poetical sentiment very sharp. He is our national asset.
We honor by the flower on the grave but we could not make any time to meet in alive. We are habituated to join in the condolence meeting but not in sickbed. We are habituated to honor the flower on the Coffin but not in the hand. The alive prominent are now neglected, the responsible society doesn't take their news but their dead body is more valuable to them.
There is no doubt the poet Nirmolendu Goon is very famous poet of humanity and poet of proletariat. His patriotism makes him great . He is a poet of freedom fighters. We are inspired by his poem. His poems and writings are against Burjua and dependency. He is a poet of mass people. He likes ordinary life. There is no lustrous in his personal life. He wants to overcome the state corruption.
Shreeti 71, of Poet Nirmolendu Goon is very famous book. There are many unknown important documents of our freedom fight in this book. Hope our Government would preserve this book for our next generations. By this book Poet Goon proves that he is not only poet, he is also a famous political writer.
Today 21st June the happy birthday of poet Nirmolendu Goon, we hope that you will be living over 100 years and your writings will continue against corrupted society and Burjua. Please remember the comrade poet that you surrender the Arms but not training.
