In the context of present day Bangladesh where the country is facing a national election
under an over-the-limit Caretaker Govt. the renewed and refreshed slogan should be
Secularism is a constitutional right of
the people of Bangladesh
It is what the 1971 War of Liberation was all about! And it is what the 1972 Constitution was framed upon.
Please add your voice to this slogan! Demand the scrapping of the illegally ordained institution of a "State Religion" by Ershad, the Bishwa-behaya.
I'll explain more if people are interested in constitional guarantee of individual freedom.
