[ALOCHONA] Re:National Security Council cannot be good for democracy

Bangladeshis have a hard choice.  They have to choose between logi boitha on the streets vs gun totting military who do not know how to respect ordinary citizens.  Supporters of democracy often fail to realize that Bangladeshi democrats see nothing wrong with logi boitha (batons and sticks) on streets  and a sitiing prime minister directly and openly encouraging party members to engage in deadly violence.  The psychophant intellectuals have no shame in glorifying street violence as being Great Struggle for Democracy if its perpetrated by the AL fanatics. 

 

Educated individuals find it abhorrent to see the unpolished military ruling over us but when they see that the alternative is logi boitha totting worshippers of strange religion putting all their might to enthrone their foul-mothed goddess to rule over us with her whims..they are on a tight rope..
