Re: [ALOCHONA] Re: Consequence of Nizami's release

So, what I understand is that you are telling me that because Hadood ordinance is unfair. So it is not possible to aspact any good from Pakistani Military? Am I right? See the following links and tell me what you, now, believe about Indian Military?

And this one. I am quoting few parts of the it here. So if somebody not willing to visit site to save time, he can read important parts here.

Justice J S Verma, former Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission (India) has said that the law enforcement agencies are the biggest violators of human rights in the country. His statement is highly relevant to what is happening in Manipur and the other neighboring states of Northeast India, which are subject to an exceptionally high level of militarization

In this part of the country the rapists are typically members of the Indian armed forces deployed to curb insurgency. Most of these men hail from the strictly patriarchal societies of mainland India, which are extremely prejudiced against women

Women themselves are now being forced to take responsibility to prevent rape. The Maira Paibi (Women Torch - Bearers) have been at the vanguard of this movement, and are present in all localities. But the Maira Paibi are now also becoming a target of abuse for their human rights work

And see, even the most racist organisation of UK was also unable to hide the truth of Musalaman's tragedy in Gujrat. Also see th pic.

Did you notice the link "Email to friend"? Do use it and send it your Indian friends in Bangladesh as well as in India.

Oh, And you will love to learn more about rape thing in India through the following link. And, let me copy one paragraph here too.

At least hundreds of thousands, and probably more than a million women and children are employed in Indian brothels. Many are victims of the increasingly widespread practice of trafficking in persons across international borders. In India, a large percentage of the victims are women and girls from Nepal. This report focuses on the trafficking of girls and women from Nepal to brothels in Bombay, where nongovernmental organizations say they comprise up to half of the city's estimated 100,000 brothel workers. Twenty percent of Bombay's brothel population is thought to be girls under the age of eighteen, and half of that population may be infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

Secondly hadood ordinance is not unfair. But its implemention is not going good. No law in Islam is unfair. But we have got to understand the spirit of the law and follow it. Some nuts tend to misinterpret the laws and try to proove it wrong. How the Islamic law could be prooved wrong, if its implementation is not fair? Will you please tell us about it?

What a tragedy happened to the girls in Kashmir and Bosnia in the hands of criminal minded Hindus and Christians and you are demanding us the proof? OK. give me the break, gentleman. As you said, "I want to see the document which show she is being raped, and than I might believe her". Allow me to ask the same question from you, Mr. Musasarkar. I also say, "I want to see the document which show bangali women are being raped, and than I might believe them." Please notice that even the words are same in my counter question. And if you note that the spelling of the word "than" is also not changed, as it is wrong word used by you. Only change is replacement of word "she is" with "Bangali women are". What you say now?

All members of Indian Army? Oh, I forgot that the Indian government had just supplied me the list of members of Indian army which participated in the Liberation movement of Bangladesh, with their profiles and good and bad doings during the movement. hehehe. Perhaps, you are telling us that only 5 to 7 officers of Indian army invaded East Pakistan. Am I right?

Whose logic has been used against who? May be you will prefer NOT to talk on it.

And how you are making the distinctions between bosnian, Gujrati and Kashmiri rape victims is also a guideline to the root of your mental approach.

Ok. Now see the following too. And again, let me copy one paragraph here.

This 13 years old Chakma girl was gang raped by the members of the Bangladesh Army on 19 December 1986. About 20 personnel of the Bangladesh Army from the army camp at Viswa Ram Karbari Para of Dighinala, raided the Jumma village of Nuaram Karbari Para, at such a time in the morning when all the male inhabitants of the village were taken by force to cut the jungle surrounding the army camp. The soldiers of the Bangladesh Army encircled the village at 11:00 a.m. and on the pretext of making searches entered the houses. All the women and the girls who were in their houses, were stripped by the soldiers and were subjected to gang rape. Even the minors were not spared

My earlier question is still valid and you still have need to answer it. Let me copy it here again.

Now, the question is that in 1971, when Pakistani Military opened fire over protestors and Anti-Pakistan elements, you declared it genocide and holocaust of Bangalis in the hands of Eastern Pakistanis. And now, when your own Bangali Police firing on you, what name you would like to give it?

Please do answer.

Here, no body is denier or ashamed or anything else, which you intending to proove others. The real question is that how can you blame the whole community for the acts of individuals. You are talking like the Pakistani forces were ordered from the GHQ to rape and kill all Bangali women and children. Is that true? In order to evaluate the Bangali, infect the Indian claim of rapes by Pakistani soldiers, this also require to see that how many Pakistani military officers were actually present in East Pakistan? There were total 90,000 POWs. Which not only include Military men, but also government employees, staff of Pakistan International Airline and many other similar civil business companies. Now, how such a small number of soldiers managed to kill 3 Millions Bangalis and how they managed to rape uncountable number of women? Will you please put some light on it too?

And, as you are so much interested to present examples from Bosnia. Will you please dare to tell us that how many Bosnian Army men were actually involved inside Bosnia and what was the soldier to civilian ration? and also tell us the soldier to civilian ration in Kashmir and in Bangladesh too? Please do tell us that, please, please, please...

And here another point pop up. Pakistani Army located in East Pakistan was not wholly transfered from West Pakistan, But parts of it were also consists of Bangalis. What were their attitude? Were they with Pakistani troops in rape and killing things? If not, then what they did? Did they change their loyality to the Mujib ur Rahman or Mukti Bahini? Was their not even a single member of Bangali Pakistani soldier in Mukti Bahini? When they changed their loyality and stop obaying orders from Pakistani Army, did they also took off their uniform? Or they kept using the same old uniform while struggling with Mukti Bahini against Pakistani Military? Any information you hold about it? Please share.

In the youtube video produced by you, you can only see the shadows because of bad quality picture. And why the Pakistani Army soldiers were running from left to right, when shooting was going on? Any idea? How can you proove that these were REALLY Pakistani Army, while there was no flag, no face, we can recognise and so on. The movie is actually has the cut in the middle. In the first part, the picures of some civilians probably taking away the died bodies. But I can't see any died body dragged by those civilians, Did you? And in the second part, suddenly couple of civilians are poped up on screen and couple of military soldiers too. Why they cut the movie? To save expensive time of their news channal, I think. One man left standing at the end... The channal said. Please notice that the soldier, who was actually killing the civilians was hardly few yards away from them. He was shooting them, while standing right on their heads. And then he did not noticed that one man, shooted by him did not fell down and start walking back. The other soldier standing far behind came forward, while keeping his gun pointing to that one man and fired him with his gun. Funny, isn't it.

And all such movies and comments are from western media. Will you please produce some video, which has been made/prepared by Bangladeshi media at its own? Why Bangalis rely so heavily on the biased western media?

Again Serbs and Hindus did not read Qur'an. But the Bangalis did. And they do know Hazrat Mohammad SAWW. But still conducted rapes and Bangali Police also opened fire on its own coreligionists. What name will you like to give them? Criminals, bastereds, genocide masters or what? See the link above once again and then see the following link.

As you are so much interested to know more about the sex habbits of Pakistani soldiers. I believe that you would have also enjoyed the behaviour of Bangali Military with its own citizens. And India is a legend in this field. Isn't it?

Is this not true that women of today has been treated in the same way, see what the serbs did and also see what Sikhs and Hindus did with Musalmanan e Hind, who were migrating to Pakistan. AND how does this proove that Jamat is not principal based party? Don't make yourself a joke.

About rape victims. OK. What I understand is that you want to examine the per capita statistics of both countries. Please go on. And tell us what you come up with. I don't mind. Did you follow one of the links above which gives a little overview of sex industry in India? and also the other thread started by me named "Rising India or falling India"? Collect statistics and put on the table. But let me make one thing clear to you. This statistics game started by you, and you are responsible to produce all statistics not me. Secondly, I am not intending to compare India with Pakistan. It was again you, who brought India into this matter. May be you are an Indian ? or believe that we Pakistanis are so much hate India and pissed off when we listen their name? Whatever, you go on.

About Muslim killings in Gujrat. You are contradicting all over your post. At some point you are relying on media reports, somewhere do not, somewhere you are accepting the claims, somewhere not. Infect, you are ACTUALLY NOT responding to the facts. You are responding to me. Whatever, I will write you will write against it. See the contents of your whole post and tell me if I am wrong?

What I wrote was that fundamantal Hindus cannot deny they fact of what they had done to Musalmanan e Gujrat. They killed them, they raped them, they burnt their houses and shops  etc etc. And you are trying to tell me that I was defending those bastereds? Or what your point?

Why bother? Because it is your history. Your next generations will ask you about the facts. What face will you show them when you will be unable to show them your researches and collected evidences? Is this research work only needed to show Pakistanis, their real face? Does it mean that you will always live in the world of Hate? or what?

And great sayings by you.

Hate Pakistan because Pakistani fans invaded hockey ground?
Hate Pakistan because the rapist are free? Few others rapist of Bangladeshi Army are also free. So start hating Bangladesh too. What you say?
And, most interestingly, this is all what you know about Hadood ordinance. See the following text in your last link:

country with medieval barbaric mindset that prosecutes the rape victims for adultery. A country where the rapists are free and safe as long as there are no four male witnesses in a rape case, all in the name of Islam under the pretext of Sharia (Hudood ordinance). How many rape cases in the world can produce four male witnesses? Do the rapist usually rape in front of any witnesses?

Please note that this few lines are also copied in your last response. Do you know anything else about the Hadood Ordinance. Please enhance your knowledge. And then talk. And most importantly, Hadood Ordinance is based on same Islamic Principals, on which you also believe. So if the Hadood thing is bad than you are following a bad religion? Do you?

In the articles, they use the terms "Islam of India", "Islam of Afghanistan" etc etc. Do you, as a Musalman believe on such terminologies? Or do you agree these terminologies are used by the west, repeatedly to provoke anger and unhappiness amongs Musalman in the whole world?

In the other story, You are again going against your own logic of proof. How can you proove that these attacks are conducted by Islamic Militants? Bomb blast in Benezir's convoy is well calculated american attempt to destablize Pakistan. Later, they killed her and in violance, Pakistan lost billions of dollars in just less than one weak. And yes, you must say thanks to Allah that it seperated you from us. May be Allah always like to devide Musalman. And also because Pakistan is well under fire from the americans. They are firing across the border almost every day. Each time their planes cross the international border they drop bombs over poor citizens of NWFP and hundreds of them die. Pakistani government always found to under value the incident to avoid reaction from the nation. Pakistani foriegn minister openly confessed that we do not have the capability to shoot down the enemies plane flying over 30000 feet. And you stupid, keep calling Pakistan, an American ally. And keep relying on their biased and zionist controlled media. The nuts like you can do only this.

Allah, obviously know everything. But Allah had never said that O man of mine, go to bed with your wives and I will take care of everyting. If that is the case, then you should stop your efforts for earning the bread for your family. As Allah will arrange it for you. And after writig that long email, you saying that it is wastage of time? Perhaps, here you want Allah to interfare and send Farishta to act on your behalf.

Is this a wastage of time to correct your knowledge and history? If you find yourself undefendable than it become wastage of time to defend yourself. Infect, you are loosing the grounds and looking to back door to run away.

This is not a wastage of time for me. I am always here to answer your queries. If you have something to share with me. you can always send that to me at my email address, which is sajjad_pak@hotmail.com.

And yes, I found the following movie of Bangladeshi Army, its looks great. I am sure you would already aware of this movie.

Subject: [ALOCHONA] Re: Consequence of Nizami's release

The reason that I brought the issue of hoodud law here was to show that the Pakistanis do not do justice even to their own womenfolk.  How could then anybody ask them about the rapes that their men committed on girls and women of other nation? Asking for justice in Pakistan is thus oxymoronic in nature.

I request everyone to read this story in CNN about the brutal rape the Serbs committed on one of our sisters: http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/europe/07/22/sarajevo.rape/index.html.  Now do you (the Paki denier) believe her?  Where is her proof?  Where is the document?  She would not even show her face.  If I say, "I want to see some document which show she is being raped, and than I might believe her", what kind of human being would you think of me?  Do you believe that the Indian army raped or is raping girls and women in Kashmir?  If yes, then where are the proofs?  Did you videotape those as evidence against Indian army?  Can you show us all the members of Indian army who participated in rapes?  Kashmir has a very conservative Muslim society.  How many raped Kashmiri women can you show us?  You see the fallacy of your logic.  Your logic can be used against you.

The above heartbreaking story of our Bosnian sister is just one out of tens of thousands. There are many such horror stories on rapes of Muslims girls and women in Gujarat and by the Serbs in Bosnia in various websites.  Anybody with even a little conscience is bound to lose some of his or her sleep.  I ask this Pakistani denier to think for a second that his Paki brothers did the same on us, but there was nobody in 1971 to video those rapes as evidence for this Paki denier.  I really didn't understand his demented mumbo jumbo on raping, killing, and looting logic.  His goal is to somehow prove no Paki ever raped any Bengalis in 1971 war.  We have seen a lot like him.  But what is clear from this guy's write-up is that it will infuriate even many supporters of right-wing ideologies (except Jammat/Shibir because they also participated in those crimes) in Bangladesh.

Now compare that story from CNN with the following videos:

http://www.docstrangelove.com/uploads/1971/19720220_nbcnews.mp4

www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMg9Ly9nK0g

Analysis of "East Pakistan: The Endgame — An Onlooker's Journal 1969-1971" a book by Brigadier Abdul Rehman Siddiqi, former head of the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) and Press Advisor to Army Chief General Yahya Khan:  http://www.genocidebangladesh.org/?p=221.  Read towards the end -Siddiqi also exposes the infamous General Niazi who shamelessly defended the rapists by declaring that: "You cannot expect a man to live, fight and die in East Pakistan and go to Jhelum for sex, would you?"

Another thing is that the Serbs and Hindus in Gujarat committed atrocities on the Muslims, but the Pakistanis did it on their fellow Sunni coreligionists.  The Serbs and Hindus did not recite kalima (shahada), didn't know about the Prophet (SA) and never read the Holy Quran, but the Pakistanis did.  Now who are the worst criminals among them?

(Saj wrote: Jamat e Islami is a principal based Jamat)

An example of Jamaati discipline for this Jamaati from Pakistan:

Page 340, vol. I of Tafheemul-Quran by Maudoodi:

Even today women captured in war should be distributed among soldiers and the soldiers be allowed to use them  (is that what the Serbs did?).  (The Qur'ân in verse 47/4 states that: "the captives of war must be freed either for ransom or as a way of kindness. There is no other option.")

(Saj wrote: Number of Rape victims in Pakistan are far less than the number of rape victims in India.)

Because the number of people in Pakistan is also far less than that of India.  And in Pakistan they kill the rape victims in the name of honor killing.  That also reduces the number of rape victims.  You see anybody can come up with things to prove his or her point, whether you agree or not that's different matter.

(Saj wrote: Most interestingly, Hindus never claimed that and also the Serbs as ell. Killing things in Gujrat and in Bosnia had been seen at large scale in media. How some can believe on what Hindu is saying. As the proofs are their.)

O really! Did you talk to BJP/Shivsena Hindus in Gujarat, especially in Ahmedabad about the rapes?  Any valid proof of that?  BJP/Shivsena followers burned to death most of the Muslim rape victims to get rid of any evidence.  Let alone acknowledging their crimes, after the pogrom against the Muslims they twice reelected Modi as Chief Minister of Gujarat with record votes.  I find a lot of similarities between BJP/Shivsena and the Pakistanis.  Yes, there are many left wing and secular Indians in other states who acknowledge these atrocities, but very few in Gujarat.  In Bosnia the Serbs blame the Muslims for the atrocities on them in a funny way.  How did you come up with that lie about "the Bangalis or Bangladeshi government had never done a research and never officially annouced any valid documents in support of your elligations."  Whatever research the Bengalis do, the giant hypocrite in you will always deny that.  So why bother.

Few months ago I posted the following on Pakistan, which includes two links, one from Newsweek and the other one from National Geographic.  The Pakis may violently deny the facts in these articles, but if the Pakis feel they have the right to deny their forefathers war crimes, then we also have the right to believe whatever against them:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/alochona/message/8610

Lastly, we should not raise this war crime issue to any Paki, it will not take us anywhere.  Allah is already taking care of this issue.  Isn't He?  And He is not done yet.  He is the only one who knows the whole thing and what exactly happened He will take care of all sponsors, and sympathizers too.  And He does things when the time is appropriate.  This is my last response on this topic.  What a waste of time!

Can you tell us which Pakistani Weapon factory as funded or sponsered by so called bloody friend. Common, please don't joke with us. Read the most latest news in my previous post and tell me how can you consider USA a Pakistani friend?

As a matter of common sense, the person, who raped the women would had also killed someone and looted the money. All three crimes are conducted by the same group of people. Those people who had no sympathy for the common people. Am I right? And if the killers and rapers were arrested and made POWs in Indian Jails, then were the looted money gone? Do you have any idea?

Most interestingly, Hindus never claimed that and also the Serbs as well. Killing things in Gujrat and in Bosnia had been seen at large scale in media. How some can believe on what Hindu is saying. As the proofs are thier. But on the other side, the Bangalis or Bangladeshi government had never done a research and never officially annouced any valid documents in support of your elligations. Instead, the former Bangali Embasseder had said that we can't run the investigation alone. Need pakistan's help. The fact is that all figures and claims had been made by India and the Indian media. Lately, adopted and recognised as true by the Bangali government. But you should produce some research reports and facts sheets from some authentic source, not from RAW. What you say?

I know very well what India is producing. having hundreds of billions of dollars in foriegn reserves and more than 330 million people do not have proper toilet facility. >
> And do I need to give you example of what happen to rape victims in India? I hope you would not like to discuss it. Number of Rape victims in Pakistan are far less than the number of rape victims in India. Remmember that. And also that Laws in Pakistan are more freely made from the hardline Muslims than fandamantalists and criminal minded Hindus/Barhamans in India. Especialy Bal Thakre and BJP. Which left no chance to make more friendly relations with zionists.

> Perhaps, you would like to reproduce that news in Jamat's newspaper. And visualise the polical situation at that time for us. So that we can clearly understand why Jamat had given such Fatwa, if they had really given. Secondly, Jamat e Islami is a principal based Jamat. And there is no doubt into it. What I learned from my experience in Pakistan is that they were opponents of creation of Pakistan too. But they become a loayal citizen of Pakistan, once its established.

A person who doesn't even know or doesn't want to know which superpower was 100% behind Pakistan since its inception and during 1971 war. That it was the full military, political, and financial blessings from USA that Pakistan carried out those brutalities. Things might be little different now between US and Pakistan, but the alliance between USA and Pak army will go long long way.

According to his twisted logic, if a Hindu from Gujarat says, "Nothing happened to the Muslims in 2002 ugly riot, all those news regarding atrocities against Muslims were media generated and Muslim propaganda. Indian police killed some ant-Indian elements who were engaged in some subversive acts against India." Are we going to accept that? What about the Serbian denial of atrocities during the war in Bosnia? According to them, they only killed few terrorists.
>
> Do we expect anything better from a person from Pakistan where a rape victim goes to prison because she cannot produce four male witnesses and the rapists roam free? Thanks to barbaric Hoodud ordinance created by US stooge Ziaul Hoque under the pretext of Sharia. And a vast majority of Pakis wholeheartedly support it including their so called educated ones. India is producing high-techs; Pakistan is producing Talibans.

Just like they were opposing creation of Pakistan in 1947. Their logic for their opposition to the creation of Bangladesh was the same as of 1947. They believe that dis-integeration of teritories become the barrier in spreading Islam and thus is not truly favourable for Islam. But after the independence from Hindustan. Jamat e Islami became a loyal party to Pakistan and since then acting in the best interest of the country. They never did any demonstration in favour of India. The fact is that their contributions towards Jihad in Kashmir will never be forgetted. I believe that the Jamat's behaviour would be the same in Bangladesh. Bangladeshis strongly believe that Pakistani military conducted massive killing operations in East Pakistan. Which resulted in death of uncountable number of Bangalis. While, on the other hand, Pakistanis believe that Pakistan's attempt to crush Anti-Pakistan demonstrations was similar to that of usual police operations, which sometimes backed by the military in usual manner in any country. And the firing, beating the protestors by the police/military men is as common in the rest of the world. You would have seen many protests inside Bangladesh, where police opened fire over their own Bangali brothers and sisters. It would be interesting to knwo about it.

> > Anyway, it is just one of the many reasons of why Bangalis lost their lives and wealth during 1971 unrest in West Pakistan. Which resulted in the creation of Bangladesh. One of the other theory poped up from inside India, which I am sure that you would aware with. Some female writer correctly analysed the war of 1971 by saying that their were THREE different confontrations going on at that time. War between Anti-Pakistan and Pro-Pakistan elements, War between India and Pakistan and war between Anti-Pakistan and Pakistan Army. All the accounts of killings, found in Bangali libraries of today, are dedicated to Pakistan Army. While what the Pro-Pakistan elements done with Anti-Pakistan elements, what the Anti-Pakistan elements had done with Pro-Pakistan elements, What Indian had done with Pro-Pakistan elements, What Indians had done with the post war east Pakistan, which became Bangladesh, is always remain unknown to the Bangalis and to the rest of Pakistan.

And also the activities of Indian Army after capturing East Pakistan. So the best friend of Bangladesh betryed it immediatly after its independence. This is not it. But he analysed the Indian RAW in details and described how this bloody organisation of India make its ways. He also wrote the REAL reasons of why India was interested to seperate East Pakistan from the West. A little intro to his book could be found from the following link.
