fellows to Bangladesh, Brazil, El Salvador, India, Indonesia, Malaysia,
Montenegro, Pakistan, Philippines, Syria/Lebanon, and Zambia.

applicants for the Knight International Journalism Fellowships
program.
The Knight International Journalism Fellowships program sends
international media professionals to key countries where there are
opportunities for meaningful and measurable change. The countries we
are currently recruiting fellows for are: Bangladesh, Brazil, El
Salvador, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Montenegro, Pakistan,
Philippines, Syria/Lebanon, and Zambia.
Journalists applying for a fellowship must have a minimum of 10
years of of journalism experience and fluency in the language of the
host country.
The deadline to apply for the October 20-24, 2008 orientation is
Friday, August 29, 2008.
