[ALOCHONA] Re: President-elect Barack Obama would be declared Disqualified to be President?

Dear Alochoks

American laws that allow a sitting senator to run for President are
well established and based on practicality and sound political
tradition. Their laws have allowed many fine standing Senators and Governors to run for public office.

Bangladeshi laws have in the past allowed all types of idiots and
criminals into high office. We know very well the kind of Mayors who
are supported by AL and BNP. And if the AL and BNP won't change then
the law must be changed in order to enforce change.

Lets get to the point:

If a man like Barack Obama wanted to be a Mayor or Party Leader or
to be Prime Minister then AL and BNP would drown him in a torrent of
spit and bile.

The problem is not that this new law prevents great Mayors from
being great MPs. The problem is that AL and BNP don't produce great
MPs or great Mayors in the first place!

We don't need idiotic or criminal Mayors to become idiotic or
criminal MPs. Thank you Election Commission.

President-elect Barack Obama or his running-mate, Vice President-
elect Joe Biden could never be elected as they would have
been 'Disqualified'. Reason being they were holding 'profitable
public jobs' . They were both U. S. Senators. They did not resign
as U. S. Senators prior to their victory. Neither Senator John
McCain or his running-mate Governor Sarah Palin could contest as
they were also holding 'profitable public jobs'.

holding 'elected public office', for example, 'elected Mayors'
cannot contest for public office. They are ineligible to be
lawmakers as per unelected 'Bangladesh Election Commission'.
