JMB links to BDR rebellion

Village politics is the same as organisational politics and the same as state level politics. The commerce minister is simply performing the old tactical strategy of setting the stage. It is a ploy performed daily in many table talks. It may be simply called `signalling'. He has signalled in that meeting what he wants the table to accept in the next meeting. Between this meeting and the next the attendees will have discussed the `signal' so much that it has taken on a reality of its own. And it will be that much easier for him to convert the signal to a fact at the next meeting. We should have courses on village politics.
