Two topic will be discussed in this Seminar as described in the following.

 

• The first topic will be on "Nuclear Power in Bangladesh".  This topic will be presented by Dr. Saifur Rahman, Joseph R. Loring Professor & Director, Virginia Tech Advanced Res. Inst.
• The second topic will be on "A Cancer Treatment Method Using Beam Radiation".  This topic will be presented by Mr. Javed M. Aman, Intramural Research Training Award Fellow, National Cancer Institute, NIH (National Institute of Health).  The presentation is on behalf of the Johns Hopkins University, Department of Biomedical Engineering
