This is a thoroughly enjoyable piece.
As far as NRBS go though we deserve a bit more credit. There is indeed some partisan rubbish that is an essential part of some who have grown up in Bangladesh but have migrated. Genrally though I have found NRBs far more willing to seek out a common ground for the common good - albeit mostly unsuccessfully. NRBs generally recognise the garbage that is Bangladeshi politics, the garbage that is Bangladeshi justice. NRBs want to do something about this in honour of the rice, daal and aloo bortha they eat, in honour of their ancestors and, above all, in honour of the genuine love they feel for Bangladesh. NRBs are well informed and sincere when it comes to Bangladesh. Bangladesh does not say no to NRB money, nor does it worry about NRB money that is wasted or stolen.
Bangladesh. We NRBs love you. We have idiots and clowns amongst us. But thats okay. There are many more idiots and clowns running Bangladesh!
I guess this sound like I am speaking on behalf of NRBs - the grand self appointment as described in the article :)
Well so what? My self appointment is about as democratic as democracy within AL and BNP :)
