The War criminals issue was solved by Sk. Mujib in 1974, revives early after the election 1991 by the anti Mujib (who didn't really call Mujib as their Pita, actually they called mujib as chapabaz which disclosed at Chittagong by Deputy high Commissioner of India), anti-Bangladeshi, Shadhinata Birodhi, Anti-Islamic agent of Indian RAW like Jahanara Imam, Hasan Imam, Shahriar Kabir, Kabir Choudhuri, Muntasiur Mamun, Jafar Iqbal and their followers by the direction of their Indian, Jews, and Christian Masters. The issue was again died out due to the friendship with BAL, Jamaat & JP during the movement against BNP government (1991-1996).
Though the War criminal issue had resolved in 1974 but anti-Bangladeshi RAW, India is using this resolved issue again just to destroy the unity & communal harmony among Bangladeshis thus destroying democratic environment, creating anarchy & finally weakening Bangladesh. Unfortunately BAL, vague Leftist has entered into the trap of RAW, MOSAD & CIA.

Rajakar is a noble word. Now this word were misused in many and every way by people, who do not know the meaning of the actual Arabic word.
Those who are now in Europe Australia and US, just think about the name Mohammed. Many of them face unnecessary problem because of their name with Mohammed in it. The westerners just categorize Mohammed or any Muslim name as terrorist.
Now about war crime or crime against humanity, that has to go under investigation and if found guilty should face punishment. They are criminals, and any human being will support the punishment of criminals.
I personally do not agree that any third person, other than victim's family can pardon any one, who committed crime and created suffering to the family. Shekh Mujib, Indira or Bhutto do not have any right to settle this personal issue. In the other way before blaming a group of people or community or a political organisation, we have to be very sure about our complain. And these has to be supported with proper evidences. As a whole we can not blame Jamat for all the aggression against humanity, because their party name ends with "Islam".

We have already seen from the agreements that "War Criminal" issue is resolved by Indian Indria Gandhi & Bangladeshi Sk Mujib & Pakistani Bhutto. The agreements are (1) Shimla Agreement signed on July 3, 1972 between Pakistan & India (2) Delhi Agreement signed on August 28, 1973 between Pakistan & India (3) Delhi Agreement signed on April 9, 1974 among Bangladesh, India & Pakistan.

We have clearly noticed that the issue is resolved finally in 1974 by Sk Mujibur Rahman with the "Tri-party Delhi Agreement", saying in section 14 (pl also see section 15), "The Prime Minister of Bangladesh had declared with regard to the atrocities and destruction committed in Bangladesh in 1971, that he wanted the people to forget the past and to make a fresh start, stating that the people of Bangladesh knew how to forgive".

The BAL has assured that they will trial the "War Criminals", but for the first time in last February the Law minister just returning home from USA, informed us that they will not trial war criminals. They will trial "the Crimes against humanity" and finally the tribunal is formed.
We have also noticed that the issue is resolved in 1974 by Sk Mujibur Rahman. Who have given him the authority to forgive "War Criminals"?
However, a movement named "Juddhaporadhider Khomakarider Bichar Andolon" with the slogan "Juddhaporadhider Khomakarider Bichar Chai, Fashi Chai" is already working.
