১৫৪-ভোটহীন অবৈধ সংসদ দ্বারা  সংবিধানের অবৈধ ১৬ সংশোধনীর একটি অলিখিত ধারা  নিন্মরূপ : 
"ভারতায়ন প্রকল্পের ধারা মোতাবেক, ৭ নং অনুচ্ছেদ:   আওয়ামীলীগ আর হিন্দুদের উপর   দেশের কোনো আইন প্রযোজ্য হবে না !! বাংলাদেশ হিনদু আর আওয়ামীলীগের জন্য সকল প্রকার দুর্নীতি আর কুকীর্তির অভয়অরণ্য রূপে গ্রাহ্য হবে !!  "

'জেল থেকে মুক্তি পেলেও আমি আতঙ্কে আছি। কারণ আমার পুলিশ প্রোটেকশন তুলে নেওয়া হয়েছে। একজন বডিগার্ড দেওয়া হয়েছিল, তা এখন দেবে কি না, তা নিয়ে সন্দিহান। তবে কখন কী ঘটে যায়, জানি না। যদি কোনো কিছু ঘটে যায়, তাহলে আপনারা ধরে নেবেন ওসমান পরিবার থেকে হয়েছে।' বুধবার বিকেলে নারায়ণগঞ্জ জেলা কারাগার থেকে জামিনে মুক্তি পেয়ে এ কথা বলেছেন শিক্ষক শ্যামল কান্তি ভক্ত।নারায়ণগঞ্জের বন্দরের লাঞ্ছিত প্রধান শিক্ষক সন্ধ্যা ছয়টার দিকে নারায়ণগঞ্জ জেলা কারাগার থেকে মুক্তি পেয়েছেন।
