[vinnomot] Re:Are India and Pakistan panicking? They shouldn't, since a developed

Dear All,

A long but decisively interesting article. May I request members of innovation on-line to post it in other yahoogroups and even send it for publication in international papers? I have only one point to make and, that is, the point of conspiracy enmeshed within the write-up. While you have hinted that an unsettled Bangladesh is better for India and Pakistan, is it not also true that a regimented, well governed Bangladesh a boon for them who are already swimming in so much chaos?

I liked the comment of alleviating Bangladesh to the heights of Singapore and allowing the people of neighboring countries to come work for a better living in Bangladesh. This is part of the magic I personally would like to see happen, and we have all the possibilities of giving the world that present only if we realize that we can.

We have to rise above petty matters and mostly, we need to re-focus on economic development and de-focus from politics only. It is true politics is integral to setting the mindset and psyche of a nation, but we must learn from mistakes that politics in the hands of dwarves and intellectually timid is a sure recipe for disaster. Time is really an enemy to us; while the world moves forward at a blistering pace, we are still worrying to secure a political seat by cunning and deceit knowing fully well that we are not fit for the position. This behavior has led to giant failures of governance and until we turn  360 degrees around  no Bangladesh, like Singapore will evolve. It will be a hollow promise - a dream that keeps shifting, increasing our collective frustrations.

Thank you.
