This is a great day. How long have we waited? Over 30 years!

How many times has this been promised but not delivered? Who has promised this and not delivered? Look no further than successive AL, Jatiya, BNP and Jamaat administrations, not to mention 2 military dictatorships.

To those who continue to criticize the CTG and hanker for a speedy return of the 2 ladies, I can only say : clearly you must have benefited from the influence of politicians over the judiciary.

Today, Bangladeshis are one step closer to freedom.

Today, is a new Independence Day.
