Re: [ALOCHONA] CA heads 38-member Better Business Forum

The CEO of RahimAfroz, Mr. Samir Asaf, has been an expatriate before moving to Bangladesh in the last few years. If interested you can read more about him at the following link: http://www.rahimafrooz.com/ajker_rahimafrooz/vol6_issue22/issue_22_04.html

Subject: [ALOCHONA] CA heads 38-member Better Business Forum

I welcome this decision of forming BBBF, but I still think that there is a lack of understanding about international business in Bangladesh where CTG could make few members from expatriates who have desire and is capable to serve the intention of BBBF.

CTG could select at least two members from each countries (USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA, EU & Middle East) for now. This will give bigger boost that is much needed in Bangladesh where FDI is lower alarmingly, few new investment from foreign countries. Expatriates are the best option and hope for Bangladesh to utilize their resources to develop this country.

CTG needs to talk to expatriates to make them part of the team, not just those photo-ups.  Expatriates are the biggest foreign curency contributors in Bangladesh and they hold maximum new technological ideas and they are the international business expertise by working in various countries in the world. This is just my personal opinion.

Right now Bangladesh needs to sale the opportunities and advantages that Bangladesh is capable to provide to various countries and its investors if they invest in Bangladesh. Voice will be better heard and communicated if you have foreign experts with this BBBF group. We live in a Global economy and its better to have global people to make it efficient and successful.
