[vinnomot] Re: [khabor.com] Re: [notun_bangladesh] Fwd: Khobor Ase Bhai ...... Gabur mair er shomai aishee......

Hi Badrul Islam, Enayet Ullah , Anis & others,

Mr. Badrul, I want to inform you with regret that Mr. M R A Mukul has died on 26 th June 2004 - after a prolonged illness and he was in Ibrahim Memorial Diabetic Hospital for few weeks and he died there.

His sickness and specially his news of death was a lead item in all news papers of Bangladesh (even in Jamat - BNP funded & minded news papers).

And after that, on every year in all high-flying news papers publish many article on his death (even on birth day) anniversary by his colleagues, other prominent columnist friends, relatives, (his son in law, Dr. Qaiyum Parvez, an educationalist & University teacher and settled in Australia) is a very good writer and he wrote many articles on him. His daughter Mrs. Kobita Parvez wrote a touching article on MR A Mukul and none could control their emotions & tear of ear after reading HER that article, "CHOTTO  PHAKI  CHONDONA ….", url is : http://www.bangla-sydney.com/search_list.asp?name=akhter+mukul)

I do not know how you have missed all these information and articles on him.

I am attaching few of them, written on late MRA Mukul for your study.

Mr. Enayet, for your information, late MRA Mukul, Abdul Gaffar Choudhury and some others are not greedy like their companion - contemporary - modern time writers - columnist -journalist -educationalist - politician (except very few). They did never asked any 'legal' (& illegal) favor from Bangabandhu & to AL Govt. For your information - some corrupt minister (of Bangabandhu Govt) tried to 'gift' some abandoned & Govt property to them and they openly rejected those 'bribes'.

But still they (M R A Mukul, A G C & few others) were utmost loyal and honest to politics & principle of Bangabandhu and never betrayed him.

To know more read these attached articles (very few, I have lot more, as hard copy) on M R A Mukul, after his death.

Read & know about him and then make comments.

Can any one forward me the email of Mr.M.R.A.Mukul? What does he do now and where does he live???During war of Liberation we used take the radio right under under bed ;have all windows closed and cushioned off places so that no sound would be heard from outside and listen to our hearts content the details of the day, in the pure Dhakkaiya language--ohhhhh wnderfully those were stated. That was the best entertainment we looked forward to after living dreadfully throughout the day. Those were nightmarish days that we survived by the Grace of Allah.
It would be a pleasure to discuss with him and maybe he would have some comments of our present situation inn his typical Dhakkaia style----Yes I think Chintito(writing in Daily Star Magazine) tries to copy that style.

This language was copied (as much as possible) from the famous "CHAROM POTRA" (of late M R A Mukul).

It is quite natural, that, it will not be liked by you and other Jamaat - Shibir - Razakar - Al-Badar - Paki - Muslim League supporters - leaders and their cronies.

"CHAROM POTRA" (of late M R A Mukul) was like a JOM (or atom bomb) to Jamaat - Shibir - Razakar - Al-Badar - Paki - Muslim League supporters - leaders and their cronies.

Jamaat - Shibir - Razakar - Al-Badar - Paki - Muslim League supporters - leaders and their cronies will continue to be hated, criticized, damned as it was done in past and will be treated same at now and also be treated same in future, for hundreds and hundreds of years to come!

Thanks for your attention.

You may know him, Mahmudur Rahman at Dhaka College.

He was BOSS of your neighbour BNP GS of NZ branch, corrupt Engr. Sohel M Iqbal, brother of most corrupt Dr. Firoz M Iqbal of Khaleda's PM office.

I have worked with him (Mahmudur Rahman) too in Dhaka.

Prof Dr Shafique Ahmed Siddique of Dhaka University yesterday (9.08.07) filed an execution case seeking seizure of all movable and immovable property of Motiur Rahman Rentu, author of 'AMAR FASHI CHAI'.

Dr Shafique Ahmed Siddique, husband of Sheikh Rehana and also a writer, filed the case as Rentu failed to pay compensatory damages awarded to him by a court.

Earlier in 2002, Dr Shafique filed a defamation case against Rentu, terming the remarks about him (Dr Shafique) in Rentu's book 'AMAR FASHI CHAI' false, baseless and politically motivated.

After a long hearing for five years, the judge passed the verdict on April 18 this year and ordered Rentu to pay Tk 1, 00, 31, 998 in damages to Dr Shafiq Shafique.

As Rentu failed to pay the compensatory money within the stipulated 60 days, Dr Shafique filed the execution case with the same court.

Dhaka, Nov 10 (bdnews24.com) -- Motiur Rahman Rentu, the veteran freedom fighter and author of the controversial book Amar Fashi Chai, died in Paris Saturday after a battle with lung cancer.

The former aide to Awami League president Sheikh Hasina published Amar Fashi Chai (I want my hanging) in June 2000.

The then AL government banned the book almost as soon as it came out on the grounds that the contents were inflammatory and could provoke hatred toward the government.

In his controversial book Rentu criticised the then ruling Awami League administration and specifically targeted some of its leaders, including party chief Sheikh Hasina.

Rentu left Bangladesh four years ago with his wife and two daughters and stayed in different parts of Europe for a year before settling down in Paris.

The son of Abdul Bari from Muksudpur in Gopalganj, Rentu maintained a close working relationship with Hasina from 1981 to 1997.

Rentu's nephew Bablu told bdnews24.com by telephone from Paris that his uncle had succumbed to cancer and would be buried in Paris.

Rentu was 53 and is survived by his wife and two daughters.
