[vinnomot] NRB Conference is good idea but the way it was done could backfire Bangladesh and her development

NRB conference might be a good idea but they way it was organized in a closed door,  it may backfire Bangladesh and its development since huge number of NRB who have education, experience, wealth in foreign lands were not informed until the last moment.

If I was a employee in Bangladesh Embassy in any foreign land, I would start sending invitation to urge their attendance few months ago and talk to all the Bangladeshi organizations in foreign countries to join this conference and provide their inputs before selecting a date for the NRB conference.  Once I get all their input, then I pick the most important ones and start the implementation stage with everybody concern and enthusiasm.

I also think that not telling majority of the NRB in foreign lands about this NRB can back fire CTG where majority NRB may feel betrayed and might not join in any future development project, investment in Bangladesh for abandoning them.  This is a serious issue and CTG should make apologies to NBR for not forthcoming with this NRB conference in Dhaka.

This NRB conference should be focus on unity, not dividing the NRB communities,  but I feel sorry to see that anger between NRB for this conference in Dhaka.

I would urge an apology letter to all NRB for CTG misconduct and not forthcoming about this NRB conference since they have put all their weight into it.

NRB can reconcile but need proper attention before it gets out hand.
