Yeah but the probem is,
1. I find no backing in Qoraan and Hadith for Islamic Banking. Where did Allah or his Prophet say to form Banks?
2. According to Shriyah, 'Riba' or Interest is 'Hraam' and Money received in excess of Money-lended is 'Riba' or Interest. Which Islamic Bank is not receiving more money than it lends?
3. According to Shriyah, the difference between Profit & Riba or Interest is, ...
a) You earn Profit in a Business that you work for while you earn Riba or Interest without working therefore, its 'Hraam'.
b) In Business, there's always a Risk. You can suffer a loss or lose all your money. Whereas, in Lending Money Business against Equity or Mortgaged property or Assets or becoming the part owner of Assets of Business there's no such chance that you can ever lose all your money and normally you never, therefore, its not Profit. Its Riba or Interest or 'Hraam' and not Profit.
4. I can't find anything in Qoraan or Hadith that says, you can collect money for your services as a Money Lender because its the same thing 'Receiving more Money than you lended', which has been declared 'Hraam' in # 2 above.
Is not Islamic Banking living-off Membership Fee, Service Charge and Profit or any of them?
