[mukto-mona] Re: Barack Obama may turned out to be the dream candidate

WRT: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mukto-mona/message/46449

Dear Mehul:

Thanks for bringing up the "Rezko Affair." Chicago has a political
machine in place from earlier time. Mayor Daley's father was also
the head of the political machine in the Windy City. We have to
judge Senator Obama for what he stands and for his vision. If he
does the same mistake of taking contributions from special interest
group, then I will be very worried.

Do not get me wrong. Senator Hillary Clinton will get my vote in
November election if she becomes the party's torchbearer. She will
be a better president than Sen. John McCain or Gov. Mitt Romney.

The nation had enough of Bush dynasty and we do not want to start a
Clinton dynasty. New face and new ideas are desperately needed to
take this nation that is mired in Iraq War, economic downturn, and
general malaise. What America so desperately needs is a visionary
leader. The nation had a chance to elect one in 1952 and 1956 when
another Chicagoan by the name Sen. Adlai Stevenson II ran for the
office against a very popular World War II hero, Gen. Dwight D.
Eisenhower. In both the contest the nation chose a war hero over a
liberal intellectual of a high order. This time around, let us elect
an intellectual over a seasoned politician such as Sen. John McCain.

Sincerely,

Jaffor Ullah
