This is what a primer on Move On.Org is. I was introduced to this
organization by my eldest son, Rashad, who recruited in 1999-2000 Mr.
Eli Pariser to Simon Rock College of Bard, which is a very liberal
small college located in the western part of Massachusetts. When I
visited this grassroots liberal political organization I saw the
following write up as a way of introducing Mr. Pariser:
"The MoveOn Peace campaign was founded independently by Eli Pariser,
a Maine native and recent graduate of Simon's Rock College of Bard.
In the days following September 11th, 2001, he launched an online
petition calling for a restrained and multi-lateral response to the
attacks, which was quickly signed by more than half a million people.
Eli joined forces with MoveOn soon afterward, and is now MoveOn.org
Political Action's Executive Director."
An estimated 3.2 million Americans from all walks of life have joined
this liberal organization. It primarily gets funding from small
donations provided by the members. If financier extraordinaire
George Soros gives donation to this organization then it hardly
becomes an organization dominated by him. Mehul, your post is
riddled with remarks that may give wrong information about this
group. You have all the prerogatives not to like liberal
organization such as Move On.Org but you should never give such an
impression that this group is primarily financed by George Soros.
This is what I call a classic disinformation campaign.
