I do not know how deep we should go with this discussion, before we make everybody bored. What I wanted to convey is that, the cat, being a classical object, will never be able to attain such a high speed, and therefore can never be a quantum particle. But, the cat is composed of quantum particles. Quantum particles (e.g., electron, neutron and proton, etc.) reside in the sub-atomic space. In the ground state configuration, these particles reside in a predefined quantized space. Only quantum particles are capable of moving with a speed comparable to that of light. As you know, nothing can attain the speed of light.
I think, the motion of a galactic object is governed by the Newtonian mechanics.
