I agree with this statement. But, the million dollar question is how will moderators determine what statement(s) could lead to a "physical harm" to someone? How about psychological harm? If someone is rebuked or defamed publicly, he/she could be physiologically harmed. Where do we draw the line? In my opinion, moderators are doing wonderful job by reminding writers to contain their personal attacks on others. This forum is all about intellectual debates, rebuttals, and arguments. We all need to be held responsible for our own deliberations. Moderators are just like referees; they can give warnings but cannot prevent a fist fight.
