Mr. Hannan, please do not give excuses and blame others for sins of your own. Islam and his prophet teaches you as a person to stand against any unjust, physically, if not then verbally but even if you cannot do that fearing your life then refrain associating yourself with wrong doers. Mr. Hannan, do you think Mr. Nizami, Mr. Yusuf, Morhum Abbas Ali Khan, Mr. Golam Azam, Mr. Mujahid, Mr. Kamruzzaman and even yourself followed the teaching of Islam and his messenger Mohammad (PBUH)
On the Day of Judgment, Allah will proclaim: Today every soul will be recompensed for what he did. There's no oppression today. And thus the verse will come out to be true. And don't think that Allah is heedless of what the oppressors do (Surah 14:42). He whose rights were infringed will get the virtue of the wrongdoer to the extent of the injury done, and if the virtues fall short of compensation, the sins of the wronged will fall on the wrong-doer. Thus the wrong-doer will be bereft of virtues and become empty handed when virtues will be urgently required. He will be truly poor.
Mr. Hannan, please let the forum members know in what charge Mr. A.K.M. Yusuf, current acting ameer was arrested after the liberation war ended along with ex Amir Abbas Ali Khan of Jamaat-e-Islami. Please do not dodge the question.
Mr. Hannan, let me help you to remember the facts you want not to recall. Mr. A.K.M. Yusuf acting ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami was arrested in 1972 and was sentenced to life in prison for his collaboration with Pakistani mercenary force. It is noteworthy to say he was the cabinet member of then governor widely known as THETA MALIKKA. Mr. Abbas Ali, ex ameer of Jamaat was also received the same sentence
I will give some details about Mr. Nizami and Mr. Mujahid's crime against humanity as a willful collaborator of Pakistani occupational forces of darkness that killed millions of people, raped our moths and sisters, arson village after village in the name of Islam.
The dirty politics in the name of Islam is nothing new in Bangladesh or elsewhere. It is unfortunate but explainable why Jamaat cannot find anyone in their party pecking order to appoint as their ameer or secretary who hasn't opposed the creation of Bangladesh. It seems to most commoners, most important criteria for one to be selected as Jamaat high command are his role against Bangladesh during the liberation war. Since Jamaat-e-Islam's reenact ion in Bangladesh and at the present all Ameer and secretaries are the one who nakedly become partner of Pakistani occupational forces crime against humanity.
Mr. Hannan, do you want to claim that as a cabinet minister during the war of liberation Mr. Yusuf has no responsibility about the genocide that took place under the government of Thata Malekka which he served?
Mr. Shah Hannan, if all the war crime allegation against Mr. Nizami, Mr. Yusuf, Morhum Abbas Ali Khan, Mr. Golam Azam, Mr. Mujahid, Mr. Kamruzzaman is just Awami League propaganda, BUT your own word you agreed that Mr. Nizami, Mr. Mujahid and Mr. Yusuf supported Pakistan at the time when their motherland Bangladesh was fighting a war against Pakistan for their rightful independence and Pakistan army was caring out a genocide (You said "The same is true of Mujahid sb and Yusuf sb, there is no case of any criminal activity against them. It is true that they were supporters of Pakistan at that time") and these leaders of Jamaat failed to realize their failure to stand for the oppressed and took the side of oppressor thus become oppressor itself.
Days of misleading the nation will end soon and Jamaat-e-Islami and other collaborators has to pay the price of committing genocide against humanity.

Islamic leaders seek Nizami's punishment for war crimes

Representatives of the Islamic community of the country yesterday
demanded punishment of Jamaat Ameer Matiur Rahman Nizami for war crimes
he committed during the Liberation War.
The demand came at a meeting between a delegation of Islamic leaders and
the Sector Commanders Forum (SCF) at the SCF office in Banani.
The delegation, led by former director of Bangladesh Islamic Foundation
Maulana Farid Uddin Masud, said war crimes are more heinous than
corruption and for that the government should try the war criminals by a
special tribunal.
At the meeting they said the rule of law that the government is telling
about could be ensured if they try the war criminals.
The religious leaders said that there can be no peace in the country if
war criminals are not tried.

AK Khandaker, sector commanders Maj Gen (retd) KM Shafiullah, Maj Gen
(retd) CR Dutta, Maj Gen (retd) Rafiqul Islam, Lt Col (retd) Abu Osman
Chowdhury, former Army Chief and chief coordinator of SCF Lt Gen (retd)
Harun-ar-Rashid, among others, were present on behalf of SCF.
Maulana Abdur Rahim, Maulana Mizanur Rahman, Principal of Baridhara
Madrasa Maulana Abdul Alim Faridi, Khatib of Rajbari Mosque Mufti Ainul
Islam, among others, represented Islamic leaders.
