[ALOCHONA] NBR should follow NRI

Dear NBR (Non Bangladeshi Residents),

We are some what fortunate being in outside of Bangladesh for any reasons,  but things are changing dramatically in term of opportunity and finance where Stock and Job markets are going south everyday.  This is a cycle of global economy and US is having a downward impact.

I believe that Bangladesh will have better opportunity for NBR who wants to use their earned expertise and experiencesin foreign countries.  I am especially asking talent and educated people who worked multinational companies to go back home and help Bangladesh to grow as well as get financial benefit.  To accomplish my suggestion two things need to be done:

First of all,  NRB should have tendency and aspiration to be back in Bangladesh and implement their technologies in Bangladesh. This can be done with groups of people but a strong implementing strategic planning has to work out before landing in Bangladesh.

Second of all, Bangladesh Govt will have to have policy to bring NBR back home to use their expertise and experiences to expand Bangladesh economy.  Until now Bangladesh Govt has only one tendency which is get money from NRB and this has failed in many areas. Bangladesh Govt never realized or implemented ideas to bring back talent and educated NRB to expand Bangladesh economy.

If we look at NRI (Non Resident Indian) and see how they have helped India where they are now.  Bangladesh have vacuum of talent and educated people what is more important than anything else.  Just for example,  most of the expertise of Pharmaceutical industries live outside of Bangladesh which is lacking in Bangladesh to expand this sector.  This is just one example and there are many other sectors in Bangladesh where expertise people are sought..

There have to have a united effort between NBR and Bangladesh Govt to implement a policy to bring back NBR in Bangladesh to help Bangladesh in technologies, education and Govt positions which will help Bangladesh to reach the goal of 21st century.

I like to urge both parties to make sincere effort to make it happens and follow NRI in USA.  We won't see the opportunity until we look for it.

God bless Bangladesh!
